1. Who you're buying from

This website is run by Shozi Luxe Beauty, a trading name of Sunrise Emandleni Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa (registration number 2016/377103/07). 2. Your order

When you place an order and pay, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. We'll email you if we can't fulfil any part of your order, and refund you in full for anything we can't supply.

Every piece is made to order to your choices (product, length, shade, bundles or lace). Please check your choices before you pay.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include shipping, duties and import taxes for the countries we deliver to. We may show prices in several currencies for your convenience, but payment is taken through Payfast in South African rand (ZAR). The rand amount is shown at checkout. Your bank converts it to your own currency and may charge its own fees, so your statement may differ slightly from the converted price shown.

If a price on our website is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before going ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the European Union, South Africa, the United States and the rest of Africa. Delivery normally takes 2–3 weeks because each order is made for you. We'll send tracking when your order ships. See Shipping & duties.

If a courier asks you to pay import charges on delivery, send us the receipt and we'll refund them.

5. Returns and faulty items

You can return hair within 14 days of delivery if the Shozi Luxe hygiene seal is unbroken and the hair is untouched. Wrong or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Full details are in our returns policy.

6. Product descriptions

We describe our products honestly and as accurately as we can. Natural hair varies slightly from batch to batch, and colours can look different on different screens.

7. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer laws that apply to you, including South Africa's Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and, if you live in the EU, the consumer law of your country.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country.
