Choosing your hair
How many bundles do I need?
As a guide, 3 bundles are enough for a full look up to about 22". For longer lengths, or if you like extra volume, choose 4.
Each bundle is 100 g and you choose its length separately, so you can mix lengths for a layered finish or keep them close for a blunt, full look.
How many clip-in sets do I need?
One set gives fine hair natural, believable fullness. If your hair is medium or thick, choose two sets so the extensions blend all the way through.
What's the difference between Luxe Wave and Pure Raw?
They're two different products. Luxe Wave Bundles are 100% human hair in an Indonesian natural wave. Pure Raw Bundles are 100% raw Vietnamese hair. Pure Raw Wigs are made from Pure Raw bundles.
What is Remy hair?
Remy hair keeps its natural outer layer, with every strand running root to tip in the same direction, just like your own hair. That's why it stays smoother, tangles less and lasts longer.
How are your wigs made?
Every Pure Raw Wig is made to order from 3 or 4 Pure Raw bundles and a lace closure or frontal, all in the same raw Vietnamese hair. The wig length is its longest point.
Up to 14", all bundles are made at your chosen length. From 16", the bundles are graduated for natural movement, and the closure or frontal matches the shortest bundle. For 26" and 28", we recommend 4 bundles for a fuller look.
A closure covers the parting area for a natural-looking parting. A frontal runs from ear to ear, so you can style your hairline back as well.
Which length should I choose?
Lengths are measured on straight hair. As a rough guide: 12" falls around the collarbone, 16" just below the shoulders, 20" around the bra strap, 24" mid back and 28–30" towards the waist. Waves and curls look a little shorter.
Colour guide
Our clip-ins, halos and ponytails come in twelve shades. Bundles and wigs come in a natural colour. Screens show colours differently, so if you're unsure, send us a photo of your hair in daylight and we'll help you choose.

Do you make custom colours?
Not at the moment. We offer the twelve shades above for clip-ins, halos and ponytails, and a natural colour for bundles and wigs.
Caring for your hair
How do I wash it?
- Detangle gently before washing, starting from the ends.
- Use lukewarm water with a sulphate-free shampoo and a moisturising conditioner.
- Smooth the shampoo downwards rather than rubbing, and don't twist or wring the hair.
- Pat dry with a towel and let it dry naturally, flat or hanging.
Can I use heat?
Yes. Always use a heat protectant and a moderate temperature. Less heat helps your hair keep its condition for longer.
Can I colour it?
We recommend going to a professional colourist. Coloured or dyed hair can't be returned, so please be sure of your choice first.
How should I store it?
Brush it through, then store it flat or hanging in its packaging or a silk bag, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Orders, delivery and payment
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks from your order to delivery. We send it by tracked courier.
Will I pay duties or import taxes?
No. Free shipping. Duties and import taxes included: no surprises at your door.
If a courier ever asks you to pay import charges on delivery, send us the receipt and we'll refund them.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the EU, South Africa, the USA and the rest of Africa. We don't ship to the UK yet.
Why am I charged in South African rand?
We take payments securely through Payfast, which charges in South African rand (ZAR). You'll see the rand amount at checkout, alongside the price in your own currency. Your bank converts it, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly.
Your card details are entered on Payfast's secure page and never reach our website.
Can I return my hair?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if the Shozi Luxe hygiene seal is unbroken and the hair is untouched. Read our full returns policy.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout is for guests only: you give us your delivery details and pay through Payfast.
