Shipping & duties
Your hair is made to order and delivered in 2–3 weeks by tracked courier. Shipping is free, and duties and import taxes are already included in the price.
If a courier ever asks you to pay import charges on delivery, send us the receipt and we'll refund them.
We deliver to the EU, South Africa, the USA and the rest of Africa.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return the hair within 14 days of delivery if the Shozi Luxe hygiene seal is unbroken and the hair is untouched. If something is wrong or faulty, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we'll put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Care
- Brush gently from the ends upwards with a soft bristle or loop brush.
- Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, and let the hair dry naturally.
- Use a heat protectant before styling with heat.
- Store it flat or hanging, away from direct sunlight.
